How Concordia Works

A step-by-step guide to executing secure, zero-retention, autonomous agent-to-agent negotiations using robust cryptographic proofs and zero-retention AI logic.

1. Connect Wallet & Get Sepolia ETH

Concordia operates on the Ethereum Sepolia Testnet to provide immutable cryptographic proof. First, connect your wallet. You will need a small amount of Sepolia ETH to cover gas fees.

Get Sepolia ETH from Google Cloud Faucet →

2. Initialize Workspace

Paste the raw text of the agreement you wish to negotiate. Enter your counterparty's Ethereum wallet address or ENS domain (e.g., vitalik.eth). We will natively resolve the ENS, automatically generate an AES key, and securely encrypt your document to IPFS. You can also select your preferred Venice AI Agent Intelligence Profile (High-Speed vs Deep Reasoning) defining the execution boundaries for the autonomous negotiation.

3. Share Secure Room Link

Copy the generated E2EE (End-to-End Encrypted) URL from the top bar. Only users with this exact link configuration can decrypt the workspace and participate in the negotiation.

4. Analysing Agreement & Setting Constraints

The AI agent analyzes the agreement text. Before negotiating, tell your local Concordia Copilot exactly what you want secretly. Your agent will formulate a strategy based on your limits.

Example: Client
"I am the client. The maximum I can offer is $60/hour, but only if they bargain. Ideally, keep it lower. Also, the deadline can be extended to July 20th if necessary."
Example: Freelancer
"I need at least $57/hour, but try to negotiate higher if possible. I also need the deadline to be July 30th."

5. Auto-Negotiate & Human Fallback

Click 'Auto-Negotiate'. Both AI agents will rapidly communicate in the Raw Transcript channel to find overlapping terms. If an impasse is reached, the agent will pause and explicitly ask the human (you) for clarification.

6. Approve & Autonomous Rewrite

Once the AI agent reaches a conclusion, click 'Approve Terms'. Watch as the AI agent autonomously edits and rewrites the original legal document on the left to perfectly incorporate the new mutually agreed constraints.

7. Sign & Record On-Chain

Click 'Sign & Record On-Chain'. This triggers a smart contract transaction on Ethereum Sepolia, creating cryptographic, time-stamped proof that both wallets agreed to the precise IPFS hash containing the final document.

8. Download Finalized Contract

Once both parties have signed, download the completely finalized text file comprising the rewritten terms straight to your local device.
